    Had well-equipped and tastefully decorated room, healthy breakfasts, you guys rock!

    booked a room with marvellous views of the sea. tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were available in the kitchen. the service was very efficient and the location was convenient and decent.

    Well decorated and well-kept rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! It's based in the heart of the city and next to Anjung Samudera.

    This hotel is centrally located. Every evening the Night markets open up across the road .Great buying. We bought 6 delicious mangoes for RM20. The staff were great, and the room was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The shower was heavenly. Rooms have a Safe which you put in your own pin No. - works a treat. The buffet breakfast was just delicious. The elevators work very well. Great air conditioning. Great swimming pool. Just a short ride in a taxi from the airport. Highly recommended, and would certainly stay there again when we go back to KK.

    Superb experience there. Fairly clean, brilliant hotel built in a classic style. Great and delightful breakfast to star a day with dishes from asian and canapes, for instance. Kindness of the staff. Favourable and unbeatable location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from a shopping mall. The venue minutes from eateries and pubs.

    Very hospitable staff, DELICIOUS breakfast, incredible location near Close to city centre, the Handicraft Market and the boats to the islands. Breakfast at 10.25. Totally amazing stay for 1 night during business trip.

    The service was excellent. Location is perfect. Staff were very helpful. We needed to know about visas for Brunei and they went out of their way to find out for us. The comfort level is very high especially for the price.

    Beautiful views of kk harbour and night market with sun set from E-club lounge Amazing selection of food and drink in club lounge - well worth the few extra pounds for the upgrade.

    The check-in process could use real improvement. Delays were frustrating!!! The taxi arrangement advice felt unhelpful and left me with unnecessary negotiation hassle!!!

    Ideally situated for exploring kk with the markets being directly opposite the hotel. Very nicely appointed large rooms with good views. Professional, friendly and attentive staff. Free car parking too.

    It was a strong match for a weekend vacation in the area with good price-value balance. The staff were genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable, made a big difference. Be ready for some fish smell around the market area.
